Have they really, depends on who knew about the Adult Protection Team report of April 2024, it would be difficult to imagine that the player and his associates were not interviewed in the report process, would you expect that the player could have discussed the allocations with his agent or even team mates or the club welfare officer. Is it a bit of a stretch to think that everyone at the Bulls was oblivious to the fact that player was the subject of the above report to the extent that he was retained on a two year contract extension in August 2024 some five months after the April Adult Protection Team report.

I think it's more of a case of Salford offloading players to cut their outgoing costs. A transfer fee may not be involved.
