I don't know anything about Richards, so I cannot comment.
What I do know is that Agar must be well aware, that this next season is make or break for him.
Sharp has said he does not fit into Agars plans. It therefore seems that Agar, is the one who will be deciding on who his assistant will be. I honestly cannot see Agar taking an uncalculated risk, on who he brings in, if it is going to jeopardise his own future.
